The room's decor felt outdated, signage was confusing, and the ice machine on the floor was out of order!!! Instead of a relaxing vibe, the lobby resembled a cluttered storage area!!!

During my stay, I found the hotel to be a great base for exploring nearby parks and landmarks, with the Avenue of 444 Flags just over 5 km away and Kraynak's Greenhouse allowing for a beautiful stroll almost 5 km from the hotel. it really enhanced my weekend experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay better. Housekeeping did a decent job, but a bit more attention to detail would be perfect. The location's proximity to local attractions made getting around easy!.

One issue was the card key. It needed frequent reprogramming which was quite inconvenient.

This was a smart choice for an overnight stay in Hermitage and offered excellent value for money. The indoor pool was a nice surprise, even if it was really hot in there. Try to request a room with the newer upgrades for a better experience.

Avoid for value travelers

Room was comfortable and clean which I found refreshing after a long drive and the staff was friendly helping us with our requests. We even enjoyed the nearby diner that served some good food.

It wasn't cheap, but given the alternatives, it was still acceptable.

Don't expect a good night’s sleep

The front desk offered a warm welcome, and I appreciated the thick towels in the room. The hotel’s ambiance during the day was inviting and bright.

We spent a day boating at the Shenango River Lake, which was a fantastic way to unwind. The rooms were clean and the staff was genuinely friendly, which made a big difference.

My kids wished the pool hours were a bit longer.

This place suits me perfectly, providing wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helped me with early check-in on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city break.

Despite being clean, the room felt rundown overall. the furniture was mismatched and dated. The hallway had a musty odor, and the lobby could use a facelift, although it was the cleanest area in the hotel. Overall, the room felt bare-bones and could benefit from updates to improve the overall experience.

I appreciated the clean room and comfortable bed, which were well-maintained and provided a reassuring atmosphere. It was also conveniently located near local parks, making it easy to enjoy nearby attractions and leisurely strolls.
